Sacha wrote Oct 2019; Wonderful location, literally doesn’t get better in terms of being enough away from busy streets, and yet close enough to everything. Muri is wonderful, she truly deserves the praise; she makes the villa feel like home. If you are lucky enough to meet Simon, he’s also an absolute sweetheart who will always do his best to keep you comfortable. Thank you again for making our very first visit to Bali an amazing adventure. Terima kasi!

Yasmine wrote Oct 2019; A wonderful place to start your trip in Bali. Muri is amazing and speaks perfectly English. The pool is a wonderful spot to start your day with. And the Location is close to the main road with all the restaurants but far enough to be peaceful.

Great place to stay, very large apartments with all facilities.
Clean and well looked after. fully renovated in July 19.
Great value for money. Excellent for longer stays.
Tropical garden with nice common spaces

“We enjoyed ourselves immensely. A quiet, off-the-main-roads villa, that often feels like it’s your own. The bright, relaxing main common space, beside the equally relaxing pool, leaves you in a great mood. The villas are clean and quite big, equipped with a kitchen and fridge, a water cooler, and enough cook wear for a light meal. We used it for breakfasts and sat and ate in the main common area, accompanied by the villas feline protector, the little cat Daiyu, who is very friendly and talkative. The bedroom is large & provides the excellently working AC, with an en-suite washroom. The staff are extremely friendly and always make you feel comfortable and at ease. We had never been to Sanur, and if you know what your getting into there (families and older, laid-back beach goers), then Starling Villas is the perfect getaway from the crowds, but close enough to the beach (a short 10+ minute walk). You’re close to a rather new Warung, the Old Brick, which is delicious and very affordable, and on the way to the beach is the Hardy’s grocery store (from what I hear, it’s a love/hate type of thing — we had a great time exploring and had no issue). We had a great time and enjoyed ourselves very much. It was exactly what we were looking for: a clean relaxing place, a bit away from the crowds (but close enough to slip in and slip out), with a pool and some chairs to take in the sun. Daiyu the cat was the perk.”
Philip’s private feedback for you:
“Thanks for everything! We appreciated the flowers when we arrived & Muri and Simon’s kindness and affable nature. We especially loved Daiyu, the lil cutie cat. We had a great trip and it was perfectly relaxing & even more enjoyable than we expected.”

“You get a huge room with a couch, tv, little kitchen, outdoor private terrace, separate spacious airconditioned bedroom, separate spacious bathroom with a big shower and bath. The kitchen and bathroom aren’t new, nevertheless it was all very clean. You could hear some traffic in the bathroom, but no noise leaked into the bedroom. When you want to visit shops, get dinner or breakfast, it’s a 10 minute walk to the main street and a bit further for the beach. But that’s the price you have to pay for a bit of tranquility.”
“Thank you Muri for the great services and fast replies to our questions!”

“What a lovely place, the whole team will make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is situated at the heart of Sanur, everything within reach. The villas are nice, big and clean and you will feel at home the first minute you see it. And for those who wants to know: extremely quit and good working airco in the bedroom. We will definitely come back here”

Our villa at Ad’s place was really lovely for a quick two night stay. Muri was so quick to answer any queries and an absolute help and assistance every minute. Beautiful Balinese people such as Muri make a great holiday. Lovely pool, great size bed, close to Hardys( we visited four times) and close to all that we needed but quiet and secure.
